Shall I get exactly the same product shown in picture?

Product image is just for reference only. We shall try sending you exact match of the title and image but in case if we do not have the exact match in our stock then we shall post you a genuine branded compatible model that will surely work for you. Our adapter will be 100% safe to use and surely not the cheap version. Plus you have 1 year additional warranty so in case if any thing goes wrong we will replace it for free. If you have any concern or question, please get in touch before placing your order. 

What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

We offer different postage opions, please select your desired option at time of checking out.

How long will delivery take?

This depends on your selected delivery method at check out. For example if you have selected Special Delivery by 1pm then you will get your parcel next day. Please keep in mind sometimes courier delays the delivery for some unknown reasons beyond our control.

What exactly happens after ordering?

Once your order is in place and payment has been cleared, we prepare your order to ship. The status of your order remains on processing until we dispatch it. Once posted and your order is collected by the courier from our warehouse, the status of your order is changed to “Completed”. An email notification is sent out to you once your order status gets completed.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

We usually dispatch the Charger with invoice. In case if you don’t get one please request for an invoice and we shall share the invoice through email.

What is your RETURN POLICY?

We accept returns within 30 days of the order date. You can always contact us before returning the adapter and we shall serve you in the best possible way.
